• Developing global creative launch of a new brand within Royal Caribbean Group, overseeing full-funnel brand development, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Part of a multi-disciplinary creative team, developing agile social-first content strategies, paid and organic growth campaigns, innovative customer relations and platform-native creative executions. Built the full creative system for a new brand — voice, design, content model.
• Driving brand engagement, storytelling, and experiential activations that position Royal as a leader in luxury and adventure travel.
• Partnering with Product and Design team to create a coherent brand worldwide. Developing e-brochures and catalogues as well.
• Introduced AI tools for ideation, personalization, and versioning, reducing production time by ~40%. as well as helping evolve SEO to SGO strategies for search.
